Computer Support Specialist

We are in search of a skilled and knowledgeable Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Shan, India. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and resolving any computer-related issues they may have. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software problems, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining network and system security. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems and excellent problem-solving skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure new computer systems
- Perform routine maintenance on computer systems
- Ensure network and system security by implementing necessary measures
- Keep accurate records of all support activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, including hardware, software, networking, and security
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
