Architecture Manager



We are seeking an experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to oversee our projects in the beautiful city of Svalbard. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for managing the design, development, and construction of our projects while ensuring they meet budget and timeline requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of architecture projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Supervise a team of architects and engineers to ensure quality work
- Review project plans and designs for accuracy and feasibility
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate project updates regularly to stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided; however, we can assist in finding suitable housing if needed. Candidates must have a valid biometric passport for international travel.
