We are hiring a skilled and experienced Plasterer to join our team in St. Petersburg. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for preparing and applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and durable finish. Your attention to detail and knowledge of different plastering techniques will be crucial in ensuring high-quality work that meets the specific needs of each project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plaster application by cleaning, sanding, and patching as needed
- Mix plaster ingredients according to specific ratios and consistency requirements
- Apply plaster using a variety of techniques such as troweling, spraying, or using a hawk and trowel
- Ensure even coverage and smooth finish by using hand tools or mechanical tools such as power sanders
- Repair any imperfections or cracks in the plaster surface
- Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment at all times

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of different types of plaster materials and their uses
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina and strength to stand, bend, lift heavy materials, and work in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail for precise measurements and smooth finishes
- Good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred:
- Trade school diploma or apprenticeship program completion in plastering or related field
- Experience working on both residential and commercial projects

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
