Fitness Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Instructor to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Fitness Instructor, your main responsibility will be to provide personalized fitness training and guidance to clients, helping them achieve their health and fitness goals. You will work closely with clients to assess their fitness levels, develop individualized workout plans, and provide ongoing support and motivation. The ideal candidate will have a background in personal training or group fitness instruction, with a passion for helping others improve their physical well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with clients to determine individual goals and needs
- Design personalized workout programs based on client's fitness level, preferences, and goals
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and safety precautions
- Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability for clients throughout their fitness journey
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to workouts as needed
- Educate clients on proper nutrition habits to complement their fitness routine
- Maintain a clean and organized workout space

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a personal trainer or group fitness instructor
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or Group Fitness Instructor (GFI) from an accredited organization
- Passion for health and wellness
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills preferred)

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Chelyabinsk

Note: This position is open to all nationalities; however, preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in English. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment in the future. Freshers with relevant certification are welcome to apply.
