Industrial Architect

We are a leading architectural firm in Vilnius seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all safety and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design industrial buildings and facilities based on client needs and specifications
- Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans
- Conduct regular site visits to address any issues that may arise during construction
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all safety and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations for industrial structures
- Excellent project management skills with ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
