Teamlead for Indian Freshers in Kaunas


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Teamlead to lead a team of Indian freshers in our company located in Kaunas. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the performance of your team, ensuring that they meet or exceed company goals and targets.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Indian freshers, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles.
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team and monitor their progress towards achieving them.
- Develop training programs and conduct regular training sessions to improve the skills and knowledge of your team.
- Monitor individual and team performance, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective communication and coordination between departments.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss updates, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify areas for process improvement and work with your team to implement new strategies or procedures.
- Handle any conflicts or issues within the team in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Teamlead or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of Hindi or any other Indian language is an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a strong sense of ownership for achieving results.
- Willingness to work flexible hours if required.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position.

City: Kaunas
Preferred Nationality: Indian
Language Requirement: No English required (knowledge of Hindi or any other Indian language is an advantage)

Experience Requirement: Minimum 2 years experience as a Teamlead or in a similar leadership role.
