Teamlead for Customer Service Department in Kaunas, Pakistan
We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our dynamic Customer Service Department in Kaunas, Pakistan. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that they provide excellent service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives
- Set performance goals and expectations for the team
- Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance
- Provide coaching and training to improve performance
- Ensure that customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely manner
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of team's performance and report on key metrics to upper management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in a leadership position
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using MS Office applications
