Android Developer

We are seeking a skilled Android Developer to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing applications for Android devices. You will work closely with our team of developers and designers to create user-friendly and efficient mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing native Android applications, as well as knowledge of Java and the Android SDK.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop applications for Android devices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
- Identify and fix bugs in existing applications
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in native Android development
- Proficient in Java and the Android SDK
- Experience working with third-party libraries and APIs
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Kotlin programming language
- Familiarity with Git version control system
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
