We are hiring a Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Shan, Canada. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving computer systems and processes to meet the needs of our organization. Your role will involve identifying areas for improvement, implementing new systems and technologies, and providing technical support to users.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing computer systems and processes
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for system upgrades or replacements
- Implement new systems and technologies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new systems
- Train users on new systems and provide ongoing support as needed
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure our systems remain up-to-date

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
