Industrial Architect


We are in need of a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Lahore. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. Your main goal will be to create functional, safe and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet our client's needs and comply with all building codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, engineering and project management, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$, without accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own visa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements for industrial buildings.
- Develop design ideas and concepts for industrial structures.
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans and specifications using CAD software.
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations and safety standards.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget and according to specifications.
- Communicate regularly with contractors, engineers, surveyors and other professionals involved in the project.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the construction process.
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects or interns.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Industrial Architect.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations and safety standards.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
