Job Title: Industrial Architect

We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities, ensuring they meet safety standards and are functional for their intended use.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and present design proposals for industrial buildings, including warehouses, factories, and manufacturing plants.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
- Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of proposed designs and identify any potential issues.
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
- Manage the construction process and oversee contractors to ensure that all work is carried out according to design plans.
- Review project progress and make necessary adjustments as needed.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all materials used meet industry standards.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in industrial architecture techniques and materials.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect.
- Strong knowledge of industrial building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
