Cleaner Supervisor



We are hiring a skilled and experienced Cleaner Supervisor to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Cleaner Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of cleaners, ensuring that our facilities are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train a team of cleaners, ensuring they follow all safety protocols and cleaning procedures
- Assign tasks and schedule work for the cleaning staff
- Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Order and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment inventory
- Respond to any maintenance or cleaning emergencies
- Communicate with management about any issues or concerns related to cleaning services

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cleaner or supervisor in a commercial or residential setting
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary
- Fluency in Portuguese is preferred but not required
