Head Pastry Chef

As the Head Pastry Chef at our renowned bakery in Al-Malikiyah, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing all aspects of our pastry department. Your culinary expertise and leadership skills will be essential in maintaining our high standards of quality and creativity in our pastries. You will work closely with the management team to develop new recipes, manage inventory, and train and supervise a team of pastry chefs. Your passion for baking and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our bakery as we continue to delight our customers with delicious treats.

We are seeking a highly skilled Pastry Chef with a minimum of 5 years experience working in a professional bakery or restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating both traditional and modern pastries, as well as experience managing a team. A degree or certification in pastry arts is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Develop new recipes for pastries and desserts
- Oversee daily operations of the pastry department
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise pastry chefs on techniques, recipes, and safety procedures
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with management team on menu development and cost control measures

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional setting
- Degree or certification in pastry arts preferred
- Strong knowledge of traditional and modern pastry techniques
