Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement projects according to company goals and objectives
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Create project timelines and manage project budgets
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders and report on any issues or delays
- Coordinate project team members' tasks and responsibilities
- Ensure project deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in project management
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred:
- Experience working in the IT industry
- PMP certification or other relevant certifications
