Fitness Coach - Personal Trainer


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Coach to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized fitness programs for clients of various ages and fitness levels. You will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial fitness assessments to determine clients' current fitness levels, health history, and goals
- Design customized workout plans based on clients' needs and goals
- Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques and form
- Motivate and support clients during their workouts to ensure progress and safety
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their plans
- Provide education on nutrition, hydration, and overall wellness
- Maintain a clean and well-equipped training area
- Keep accurate records of client sessions, progress, and payments

Requirements:
- Nationally recognized certification in personal training (ACE, NASM, ISSA)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a personal trainer or similar role
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills
- Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others reach their fitness goals
- Knowledgeable about exercise science, human anatomy, physiology
- Able to modify exercises for individuals with different fitness levels or limitations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High level of professionalism
