IT Manager


We are in need of an experienced IT Manager to lead our team and oversee the technological systems and processes of our company. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall IT operations, ensuring the security and functionality of our systems, and providing technical support to all employees. You will also be involved in developing and implementing new technology initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing IT projects. This position is based in Eschen and open to all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the IT department.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's technological infrastructure.
- Ensure the security of all systems, networks, and data.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Train employees on new technology platforms or software.
- Develop policies and procedures for data management and protection.
- Oversee budgeting for IT expenses.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management roles.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and cloud-based systems.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.

Salary: 1800$ per month
