Office Manager
We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Muscat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient use of resources. The job requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all administrative activities, including managing schedules, filing systems, and office supplies
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Train new employees on office procedures and protocols
- Supervise administrative staff, such as receptionists or assistants
- Plan meetings, events, travel arrangements, and other office activities
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable depending on experience)
