Office Manager - Nepali Speaker (Part-time, Visa Sponsorship)
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Khasab. As a Nepali speaker, you will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a part-time position, perfect for those looking to supplement their income. No English language skills are required for this role.
As an Office Manager, your main duties will include maintaining office supplies and equipment, coordinating office events and meetings, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and managing office budgets. You will also be responsible for organizing employee schedules, tracking attendance, and assisting with HR tasks such as recruitment and onboarding.
To excel in this role, you must have exceptional time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience as an office manager is not required; however, we do require candidates to have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. As this is a part-time role, accommodation will not be provided.
