We are hiring a skilled and motivated Team Lead to join our growing team in Lahore. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees to achieve project goals and maintain high performance standards. Your role will involve providing guidance, support, and feedback to team members to ensure their success and development within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Provide direction, guidance, and support to team members to help them achieve their objectives
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback for improvement
- Identify training needs and facilitate learning opportunities for team members
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Create and maintain work schedules, assign tasks, and delegate responsibilities effectively
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members and identify areas for improvement or recognition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in project management software (e.g. Asana, Trello)
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
