We are currently hiring a Teamlead to join our growing team in Lahore. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our team and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve team goals
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members based on their skills and strengths
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and efficiency
- Develop training programs for new employees and provide ongoing training for existing employees
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects
- Handle any escalated issues or conflicts within the team in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the same industry or field
- Fluency in both English and Urdu
- Strong problem-solving skills
