QA Engineer (Ufa, India)



As a QA Engineer in Ufa, India, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products. You will work closely with the development team to understand project requirements and create test cases to validate functionality. Your attention to detail and ability to think analytically will be crucial in identifying bugs and issues in the software.

Responsibilities:
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements
- Identify and report defects and issues in a timely manner
- Perform both manual and automated testing as needed
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards are met
- Continuously improve testing processes and strategies
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth testing process
- Proactively identify potential risks and escalate them as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with various testing methodologies (e.g. black-box, white-box, regression)
- Experience with testing web applications on different browsers and devices
- Knowledge of SQL for database testing is preferred
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Salary: $1200 per month (based on experience)
