We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Vilnius. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and preparing accurate reports and drawings. You will also be required to communicate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of surveying techniques and equipment, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This is a part-time position without accommodation, so candidates must have their own visa and be able to work urgently when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various instruments such as GPS, total station, and laser scanning
- Prepare detailed reports and drawings based on survey data
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Work closely with contractors and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey data
- Identify potential issues or complications during the survey process and find solutions
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in surveying technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Own visa for working in Vilnius
