IT Manager


We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's information technology systems and operations in Sheduva, a city in Lithuania. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for the management, implementation, and maintenance of all our technology infrastructures.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective use of technology.
- Manage the overall operations of our company's computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.
- Monitor system performance to ensure maximum uptime and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades.
- Manage a team of IT professionals to ensure smooth operation of all technology systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Develop disaster recovery plans and implement backup procedures to protect data in case of emergencies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software systems, networking, security protocols, and databases.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Sheduva, Lithuania. We welcome candidates from all nationalities who have legal authorization to work in Lithuania.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. Working hours may vary depending on project requirements.
