We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Web Developer to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining functional and user-friendly websites for our clients. You must have a strong understanding of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with content management systems. The ideal candidate will also have experience with web design principles and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages
- Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and functional websites
- Conduct website testing to ensure functionality across different browsers and devices
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during website development or maintenance
- Update and manage website content using content management systems
- Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as a Web Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of web development languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with content management systems
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
