Architectural Technologist - Contract Position in Atlanta, USA



We are seeking an experienced and skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team for a contract position in Atlanta, USA. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting our team of architects in the design and construction of various projects. This is a contract position with a duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed design plans.
- Prepare technical drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Conduct site visits to gather information for project planning and design.
- Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.
- Review and analyze building codes and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Work closely with contractors and subcontractors during the construction phase to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct quality control checks on completed projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist.
- Proficient in AutoCAD software and other related programs.
- Knowledgeable about building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Our company offers a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this contract position. Accommodation will be provided during the duration of the contract.
