Hotel Sales Manager - Khasab, Oman
We are a renowned hotel in Khasab, Oman looking for a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve targets. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and identifying new business opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identifying and targeting potential clients through market research
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Conducting sales presentations and negotiating contracts with clients
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Attending trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel
- Monitoring market trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales management at a luxury property
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, market trends, and customer needs
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
