Merchandiser - Retail (Nepali candidates preferred) - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are in need of a dedicated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our retail team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have experience in merchandising and a strong understanding of retail operations and customer behavior. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays, managing inventory levels, and analyzing sales trends. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is fluent in Nepali as we have a preference for candidates from this nationality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop effective merchandising strategies that align with our brand image
- Create eye-catching displays that attract customers and increase sales
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are restocked in a timely manner
- Conduct regular store walks to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions on product placement
- Train and supervise other team members to maintain visual standards and follow merchandising guidelines
- Build strong relationships with vendors to negotiate favorable terms and maintain stock levels
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to inform merchandising decisions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in retail merchandising or visual merchandising required
- Fluent in Nepali with good communication skills; knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required
- Strong understanding of retail operations, customer behavior, and visual merchandising principles
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
