Mason Supervisor

We are in need of an experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Sharjah. This role requires a candidate with strong leadership skills and expertise in masonry work. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the field and must have a background in managing and supervising a team of masons. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for candidates who can start immediately.

As a Mason Supervisor, your responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of the masonry team, assigning tasks and ensuring that deadlines are met, as well as maintaining quality control of all masonry work. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring new masons, ensuring they adhere to safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to read blueprints and drawings. A high level of physical fitness is required for this role as it involves working with heavy materials such as bricks, concrete, and stone.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mason
- Proven experience in supervising a team
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings
- Strong leadership skills
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit to handle heavy materials
- Knowledge of safety regulations
