Sales Manager - Bayan, Kuwait
We are searching for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. As a Sales Manager, you will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring that they meet their targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships with potential clients
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet their targets
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to upper management
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and finance to ensure effective sales strategies
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Knowledge of CRM software is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
