Sales Manager - Bayan, Kuwait

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and coach team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback on areas of improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to deliver results under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Must have a valid biometric passport

We offer competitive salary of 1700$ per month plus commission based on performance. This position does not provide accommodation.
