Construction Manager - Jizan, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of our construction projects. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely completion and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Prepare project schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines
- Develop and monitor project budgets to minimize costs and maximize profits
- Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits regularly to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and safety standards
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
- Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, permits etc.
- Provide regular updates on project progress to senior management

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven track record of successful project management within budget and schedule constraints
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, regulations and safety standards
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
