Online Consultant

We are hiring for an Online Consultant to join our team in St-Petersburg! As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing online support and guidance to our customers. This is a remote position, so no English proficiency is required. We welcome applicants from all nationalities, including Indians. Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate information
- Offering solutions and recommendations to customer issues or concerns
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers
- Building strong relationships with customers through effective communication
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions in order to provide accurate information

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English proficiency not required)
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this position.
