We are hiring a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of various infrastructure projects. Your role will involve working closely with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

- Designing and developing construction plans for infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, buildings, and water systems.
- Conducting site investigations to gather information needed for project design.
- Preparing cost estimates for materials, equipment, and labor.
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Overseeing the construction process to ensure that project specifications are being met.
- Collaborating with project managers to monitor progress and make any necessary changes to plans.
- Conducting quality control checks on materials and workmanship.
- Providing technical advice to clients and stakeholders.
- Managing budgets and resources effectively.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Civil Engineer.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills preferred).
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
