As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the quality and integrity of online discussions and forums. This is a contract position that does not require previous experience, making it an ideal opportunity for freshers looking to gain experience in the field. However, candidates must possess a valid biometric passport and be able to provide their own accommodation in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and forums to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and remove any inappropriate or offensive content
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement moderation strategies
- Keep track of trends and issues within the community and report any potential problems
- Maintain accurate records of all moderation activities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in communications or related field preferred
- Excellent written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Familiarity with social media platforms, online forums, and community management tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Must have a valid biometric passport
- Must be able to provide own accommodation in Lisbon

Salary: $900 per month
