Online Consultant in Alta, Norway
As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will help them with any inquiries or issues they may have. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong customer service mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through online channels such as email, live chat, and social media
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them in a timely manner
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and policies
- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills with experience using various online platforms
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in Norwegian is a plus
- Availability to work full-time with occasional weekend shifts
Salary: $1000 per month
Location: Alta, Norway (accommodation provided)
