Online Consultant in Alta, Norway
As an Online Consultant in our company, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to customers through various online platforms. Your main objective will be to ensure a positive experience for our clients by addressing their queries and concerns promptly and efficiently. Your role will also involve promoting our products and services, as well as handling complaints and resolving issues.
To excel in this position, you must have exceptional communication skills and the ability to multitask. You should also possess knowledge of online customer service tools and be familiar with social media platforms. A customer-oriented mindset is essential, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team.
Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone; maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions; identifying sales opportunities; and providing feedback on the effectiveness of our online support systems.
The ideal candidate for this role would have previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably within an online environment. Proficiency in written and spoken English is required, while knowledge of other languages would be advantageous. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.
