Formwork Carpenter


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Formwork Carpenter to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Formwork Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and dismantling temporary structures used to support concrete during construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints or building plans to determine the materials needed for the formwork
- Measure and cut materials such as lumber, plywood, and steel bars to specified dimensions
- Assemble the formwork using various hand and power tools
- Install reinforcing bars and mesh if needed
- Pour concrete into the formwork and ensure it is level and free of air pockets
- Remove the formwork once the concrete has set
- Inspect formwork for any damage or defects and make repairs as needed
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Formwork Carpenter
- Knowledge of different types of formwork systems and their uses
- Ability to read blueprints and building plans accurately
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights if necessary

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

This job is located in Clairvaux, France.
