Job Title: Executive Chef (Bungoma, Egypt or Philippines)


We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a prestigious hotel in Bungoma, Egypt or the Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive top-quality dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that reflect the local culture while also meeting the standards of the hotel
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Oversee food preparation and cooking process to ensure high quality and consistency
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when needed
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Create and maintain relationships with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients at competitive prices

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a reputable hotel or restaurant
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1600$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is open to candidates from all nationalities who have their own visa. We have openings in Bungoma, Egypt or the Philippines.
