Moderator (Part-Time)
Location: Faisalabad, Pakistan



We are seeking a reliable and responsible Moderator to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating online content to ensure it aligns with our company's policies and guidelines. Your duties will also include responding to user inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, the ability to remain impartial when moderating controversial discussions, and a keen eye for detail. Prior experience in moderation or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content on our online platforms
- Ensure that all content meets our company's standards and guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any issues or escalations
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content moderation
- Report any policy violations or suspicious activity to the appropriate team members
- Maintain accurate records of all moderated content

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience in moderation, customer service, or a related field is an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain impartial when moderating discussions
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online forums is a plus

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. You will be required to work from our office in Faisalabad, Pakistan. We offer competitive compensation of 1600$ per month along with accommodation.
