Cruise Line Customer Service Representative
We are hiring a friendly and customer-oriented Cruise Line Customer Service Representative to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance with inquiries and concerns related to their cruise experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide information about cruise packages, promotions, and services
- Assist customers with booking reservations, making changes to existing reservations, and processing payments
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their cruise experience
- Stay updated on industry trends, promotions, and policies
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience in the travel or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
Salary: $1400/month (negotiable based on experience)
City: Al-Rayyan
