Handyman - Ar Rumaythiyah, Contract Position


We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah on a contract basis. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks within residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and repairing damaged walls or floors
- Performing basic carpentry work such as building shelves, installing cabinets, and repairing furniture
- Painting interior and exterior surfaces as needed
- Troubleshooting and repairing minor electrical and plumbing issues
- Repairing or replacing appliances as needed
- Cleaning and organizing work sites after completing jobs
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on job progress
- Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
- High attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary:
This is a contract position offering a monthly salary of 1500$. The salary will be paid on a monthly basis.

This job is suitable for male candidates who are Indian nationals living in Ar Rumaythiyah or have their own valid visa. Accommodation will not be provided for this position.
