Handyman for Residential Properties in Ar Rumaythiyah, Kenya

We are a property management company in Ar Rumaythiyah, Kenya seeking an experienced and reliable Handyman to join our team. This position is suitable for men who have a strong work ethic and experience working with residential properties. The ideal candidate will be Kenyan or have a valid work permit for Kenya.

As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our residential properties. This may include basic plumbing and electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general upkeep of the properties. You must have previous experience in similar roles and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The salary for this position is 1500$ per month with accommodation provided. We also offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates who require it.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Kenyan nationality or valid work permit for Kenya
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if required

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaky faucets, changing light bulbs, etc.
- Conduct repairs on various components of the properties such as doors, windows, cabinets, etc.
- Paint interior and exterior walls as needed
- Address any plumbing or electrical issues that arise
- Keep the properties clean and well-maintained at all times
- Report any major repairs or damages to the property manager
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained
