Cashier/ Customer Service Representative


We are a retail store located in Bansko and we are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier/ Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Cashier/ Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.

Key responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Scan items accurately and efficiently
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and policies
- Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Assist with restocking shelves as needed
- Follow all company procedures regarding cash handling and security
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English (Bulgarian language skills are a plus)
- Previous experience as a cashier or customer service representative is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
