Foundryman

We are hiring a skilled Foundryman to join our team in Split. As a Foundryman, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining foundry equipment, producing castings according to specifications, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in foundry work, the ability to read technical drawings, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain foundry equipment such as furnaces, ladles, molds, and crucibles
- Monitor temperatures and adjust controls as needed
- Pour molten metal into molds and remove finished castings
- Inspect castings for defects and make necessary repairs
- Read technical drawings to ensure proper dimensions and specifications are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols
- Work alongside other team members to complete production goals

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Foundryman or similar role
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot defects in castings
- Physical stamina to handle heavy equipment and materials
- Familiarity with foundry equipment operation and maintenance
- Good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
