QA Engineer

Our fast-growing tech company in Kaunas is seeking a skilled and experienced QA Engineer to join our team. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through thorough testing and bug reporting. Your attention to detail and ability to think critically will be crucial in identifying and troubleshooting potential issues. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for software products
- Identify, report, and track bugs using bug tracking systems
- Collaborate with developers to investigate reported issues
- Conduct regression testing after bug fixes or product updates
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving product quality
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in QA testing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
- Experience with manual testing of web-based applications
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems such as JIRA or Bugzilla
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Ability to think analytically and troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania (remote work may be considered)
