As a Concierge in Washington, DC, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Your role will be to assist guests with their inquiries and requests, ensuring that they have a memorable and enjoyable experience during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for dining, tours, and other activities
- Arrange transportation services for guests
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally

Requirements:
