Restaurant Manager
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing profits.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and budget
- Train and develop team members to deliver excellent service and maintain high standards
- Create schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient operation
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly
- Develop strategies to increase sales and promote the restaurant's brand
- Conduct regular inventory checks and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
- Collaborate with other managers to plan special events or promotions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Filipino or other languages are a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and basic accounting principles
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
