Restaurant Manager
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with at least 3-5 years of management experience. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory and ordering supplies, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts
- Proficient in inventory management and cost control
- Customer service oriented mindset
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff schedules, inventory control, ordering supplies, etc.
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Monitor food quality and ensure consistency in taste, presentation, portion sizes.
- Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Create shift schedules that optimize labor costs while ensuring adequate coverage.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or specials.
- Ensure compliance with health codes and safety regulations.
Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Los Angeles (Indian/Pakistani candidates preferred)
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (12th pass)
