Experienced Painter - Full Time (Akron, Ohio, USA)


We are searching for an experienced Painter to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As a Painter, you will be responsible for painting and decorating various surfaces including interior and exterior walls, ceilings, and furniture. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling holes, and applying primer
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades
- Apply paint using various techniques such as brushing, rolling, or spraying
- Use tools such as brushes, rollers, and spray guns to complete projects
- Ensure high quality finish by paying attention to details and correcting any mistakes
- Clean and maintain painting equipment after use

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter with a portfolio of past projects
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Knowledge of different types of paints, stains, and finishes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Good communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred but not required
- Prior experience working on commercial or residential projects is a plus
- Familiarity with Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) regulations
- Ability to speak Hindi or any other Indian language is preferred but not mandatory
