We are hiring a skilled Painter to join our team in Akron. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces in order to enhance their appearance and protect them from damage. You will work on a variety of projects, from residential homes to commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Protect surrounding areas from paint splatters and spills
- Create decorative finishes such as marbling or stenciling
- Coordinate with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the final product

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter or similar role
- Knowledge of painting techniques and tools
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina and ability to work at heights if needed
- Good communication skills

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1500$. Salary may increase based on performance.

Contract Job:
This is a contract job with the potential for long-term employment.
